We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 10 — SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Although we may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, such dates are good-faith estimates and are subject to change. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery caused by any third-party carrier or another delivery service not owned or controlled by us. The risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to any third-party carrier. 

SECTION 11 — RETURNS AND 90-DAY GUARANTEE

Stride offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you don't see a change in your dog within 90 days of starting Stride, you may request a full refund by emailing support@stridechews.com. You do not need to return any unused product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

The 90-day guarantee applies only to your first order of Stride, one refund per household. Subsequent orders may be returned in limited circumstances and in accordance with our Shipping and Return Policy. If you are uncertain about your right to return a product, you may contact our customer support team at support@stridechews.com.

All orders shipped to addresses outside of of the UK may be considered "Final Sale." Stride does not cover, and will not reimburse, any costs associated with international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. By completing a purchase for international delivery, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all such charges. SECTION 12 — SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AND CANCELLATION

When visiting the Website, you may purchase certain products either (i) as a one-time transaction or (ii) through our subscription plan ("Subscribe & Save"), under which the payment method you provide at enrollment is automatically charged before each shipment on the cadence you select until you cancel.

If you enroll in a subscription, each payment will be automatically processed at the time of each shipment and billed to the payment method you provided at enrollment (or as later updated in your account) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@stridechews.com or by using the self-service cancellation tools in your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents any future charges.

You may also pause or change the cadence of your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support@stridechews.com.

We will notify you by email before each scheduled renewal so you have the opportunity to skip, change, or cancel that shipment.

If a charge for a subsequent shipment is declined, you authorize us to (a) continue to attempt to process the payment for a reasonable period and (b) contact you using any email address or telephone number you provided to obtain an updated payment method. Failure to pay may result in your order being suspended or cancelled.

Subscription discounts apply only to subscription purchases on stridechews.com and may not be combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.

SECTION 13 — GIFT AND OFFER CODES; REFERRAL PROGRAM

From time to time, Stride may offer qualified customers "gift codes" or "offer codes" through promotional activities and communications (collectively, "offer codes") that are redeemable towards a purchase on stridechews.com, while supplies last, and subject to specific merchandise exclusions or other restrictions as may be determined and communicated by Stride in its sole discretion. Only valid offer codes provided or promoted by Stride will be honored at checkout. Codes supplied or promoted by third parties unauthorized by Stride (including any unauthorized third-party websites) will not be considered valid.

Each offer code promoted by Stride is non-transferable and valid for single use on an item (or items) of merchandise as determined by Stride. Offer codes may not be combined, are valid only on full-priced items unless stated otherwise, may not be used on any items that are marked as "Final Sale" unless stated otherwise, and customers are limited to the use of a single offer code per order. Offer codes cannot be used toward the purchase of non-branded merchandise, packaging, or applicable taxes. For online purchases, the code must be entered in the 'offer code' field at checkout. Stride is not responsible for lost, stolen, or corrupted codes or any unauthorized use of codes. Offer codes cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent; no substitutions or credits are allowed. The value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. If an offer code provides for a free or discounted item with a qualifying purchase, the full retail value of the free or discounted item will be deducted from any refunded amounts if the free or discounted item is not returned with the qualifying product. Expiration dates may apply to each offer code. Offer codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged or expired, and where prohibited.

Spokespeople. From time to time, Stride may engage spokespeople, influencers, bloggers, or other individuals or entities who have been compensated or incentivized to speak on behalf of the brand. When you receive an offer code via a third-party source, please note that such individuals may have been compensated by Stride for their statements.

You agree that we may communicate electronically with you and that such communications, as well as notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, are equivalent to communications in writing and shall have the same force and effect as if they were in writing and signed by the party sending the communication.

The information on our site or provided to you in emails or other communications is designed for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for informed veterinary advice or care. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian before starting any new supplement, especially if your dog has a pre-existing condition or is taking other medication.

You agree that you will cease immediately from using our products on your pet if he/she experiences any ill effects or unintended side effects of any product. Stride does not warrant or represent that all information about our products is error-free. All product specifications, performance data, and other information on our site is for informational and illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee or representation that the Products will conform to such specifications or performance data. Stride does not warrant or represent that our products will provide your pet with any particular benefits or that your results will match those of others who use our products. The representations and product disclaimers described above are inapplicable where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 27 — MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT; TERMINATION

We have the right to:

  • Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
  • Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion.
